So the UDLs and swings the other night f**ked me, and I pulled my hammy really badly at football yesterday as a result. As much as I tried to warm up, could not get rid of the tight feeling and had to come off after 20 mins when I went for a burst and it twanged. Would normally do deadlift session tomorrow, but am going to leave it. May have to miss this week.

Program is definitely working, best I have ever benched is 102.5 but I nearly got 97 out for a triple, with the first rep feeling very easy.

Was meant to be deadlift day but hammy was an issue, went to test it out anyway

192.5 x 1 not feeling good, left it there, will repeat next week.

Been training solidly for the most part, just working a lot and not updating this log so much. Coming back from a hamstring injury, so got some ground to regain, but getting back up there fairly quickly.

Про TERMOPLENKA OKNA много мифов и споров, но

По параметрам: ширина-1.10 м.,длина-6 м.,пленка- 6.6 кв.м.(хвататет на 3 окна) +рулон двухстороннего прозрачного скотча и главное - низкая цена!
