Been Training properly for about 2.5 years currently weigh in at 98kgs.

Considering Stripping fat right down soon what are your opinions?

That's very impressive for 19 mate well done.

 

I would take advantage of you high test levels and bulk. You can always cut later on when you aren't in your peak test levels wise...

 

Just my opinion mate.

This is what I was at after no drinking and hard training for 8 months. Now im on holiday and that form is slipping :( Oh well drinking beers is more fun. No before photos, but I will still in fairly good shape, just not that good :/

Good Work mate ! Keep it up haha.. lovin the beers.. i just did the same thing like 6 weeks in a row.. no good lol

You have fkn stomp shoulders and lats brady.

 

Great effort on keeping such a small waist as well, really makes the V shape stand out!

I'd say lose at much fat as you can and lean up. Then start going from there.

Yes.

 

Obviously Leaner Base means you can start off with a good figure and naturally add muscle to it;

 

Whereas where you start from a Fatter Base, You will put on muscle, But not as noticeable and you would most probably want to be cutting the fat first before adding muscle.

Decided to lean I'm currently sitting at 97-98kg 9 - 10% BF.
