The GKTECH 4 to 5 stud wheel adapters allow a 4 stud car to fit 5 stud wheels. Sold as a pair these wheel adapters bolt on to your standard hub just like a normal wheel spacer however 1 of your standard studs is then replaced with a longer stud which runs through the adapter and acts as the 5th stud. The wheel adapters are hub centric to suit Nissans 66.1mm hub and are manufactured to the highest quality in T6061 Aluminium and then hard anodized to further increase the strength. A super easy and cheap way to make your S13/180sx 5 stud.

FAQ's

What's involved in installing these adapters?

You will need to press a new stud (included) into the hub and then simply bolt on the wheel adapter.

 

Do you make different sized or PCD wheel spacers?

We only sell the items listed on our website. If it's not listed on our website then we don't make it and we can't help. Sorry.

 

Are these safe?

These are no different to any other wheel spacer. They are machined from T6-6061 aluminium and are hub centric with grade 10.9 studs. They're strong! That said, as with all wheel spacers or adapters they are not intended or legal for road use.

The GKTECH bolt on spacers allow for adjustment of the fitment of your wheels. The wheel spacers are hub centric to suit Nissans 66.1mm hub and are manufactured to the highest quality in T6061 Aluminium and then hard anodized to further increase the strength along with grade 10.9 extended studs.

FAQ's

What torque should the nuts be set to?

As per the Nissan tech guide we recommend a torque setting of between 72-87 Ft. Lbs. Anything more than this will strip the stud and is DANGEROUS. The setting of 72-87 is as per Nissans specifications.

 

Are these wheel spacers hub centric?

Yes, these spacers have an internal diameter of 66.1mm to suit a Nissan hub.

 

Are these wheel spacers strong?

Yes, these wheel spacers are very strong. The spacers themselves are manufactured from T6-6061 Aluminium and we use grade 10.9 fittings. That said, please note that these are for off road use and are not intended for use on public roads.

 

Do you have wheel spacers to suit other vehicles?

No, we only sell the products listed on our website. If it's not listed on here, then we don't sell it. We don’t do any custom work and only sell off the shelf products so can’t make any changes to what is for sale here. Sorry.

 

Do you have extended wheel studs available on their own?

Yes, we have extended wheel studs available in packs of 10 in our other listings. Please refer to the other listings for more information.

I dont understand greg,

 

your open ended wheel nuts dont work with your studs or spacers,,, why?

 

if there open end why should we have to cut the stud down to fit?

 

so confused my brain hurts.

You don't HAVE to do anything however as stated on the wheel nuts page on our website the wheel nuts only work with standard length studs as they are internally driven.

They're on back order, due any day now however we're almost sold out of the whole shipment. I think we have 2 or 3 pairs left at most.

The eccentric throttle wheels will be finished late this week. FYI You can always check our stock levels on our website (ie. in stock, back ordered etc.)
